I noticed your remark to another individual regarding her Viking.

I, too, need a manual for my Viking, Model 6020 machine. Can you send an electronic copy to me? I'd be very grateful!

Virginia Wood
Nathan44@aol.com

Re: http://thisisemilykate.blogspot.com/2009/10/liberty-anthropologie-cacharel-fabric.html

Hi EmilyKate,
Your fabric sure is special! I saw that dress on Anthropologie too, it's beautiful! I get over the fear by making massive seam allowances for there's room for manoeuvre! Can't wait to see the outcome. Glad you see you're back on the sewing tip! All the best

Re: http://thisisemilykate.blogspot.com/2009/10/liberty-anthropologie-cacharel-fabric.html

That fabric is lovely. I hear ya on The Fear of cutting... I think that's part of the reason I end up buying so much fabric, so I can make a muslin of a muslin of a muslin. Wish I'd known about that shop when we lived in Melbourne - I only managed to get to Lincraft, that other one on Elizabeth St and Spotlight in Coburg (bleurgh to that last one ;-) )

Looking forward to seeing what you make!

J
