This looks like it is going to be a really cute dress. I've got Liberty fabric stashed myself...this summer I want to overcome my fear of the blouse. I love the birds in your previous post. I'm having fun checkin' out what everyone has been up to whilst I was on holidays...looks like you've really got your groove on.

I like the flared bias skirt (Butterick) pattern rather than gathered (unless you are going to add a sweet wide retro belt?) I think the bodice will be very sweet and you might consider shirring instead of tucks down the center (I guess it depends on your bosom size:) ) Good luck and keep us posted!

Your dress is going to be super cute. I have to admit I kinda love cutting into fabric with The Fear and then stressing about it until it works out! Bit of a sewers rush! Can't wait to see the finised product.
